Scenario Cards — Identity & Self

Working out who you are while everyone around you has an opinion about it.

Feeling different, being told who to be, family expectation, culture, shame about where you come from, and pride nobody notices.

Each card opens with a watercolour illustration and a handwritten caption. On the back: a short scenario in the client's own voice, four things they might realistically do, and a discussion prompt that moves the card from what happened to what it means.

The outcome reference sheet stays with you, so you decide when and whether to share what tends to follow each choice. No option is the correct one — every choice carries something, and that's where the conversation starts.

Kids and Teen are separately written and illustrated, not the same cards with harder words. The Teen edition covers sexuality and gender, being outed, the pressure to represent a whole identity group, and the fear of becoming your parent.
