The Stereotypes & Stigma add-on is for clients who have experienced stigma tied to addiction, mental health, or identity. Categories explore personal experience with stereotypes, cultural messaging, systemic bias, and the power of reframing the narrative.

This card gives clients permission to name the messages they've absorbed — from family, community, media, systems — and what they want to say back. It works especially well in later-stage groups where clients are ready to push back on internalized stigma out loud.
